In order to guide and help personal information processors to standardize and orderly record Exit Standard Contracts for Personal Information, the Cyberspace Administration of China has compiled the Guide for the Record of Exit Standard Contracts for Personal Information (First Edition), which explains the specific requirements on the recording methods, procedures and materials of Exit standard contracts for Personal Information.

If a personal information processor provides personal information abroad by entering into an exit standard contract for Personal Information with an overseas recipient, it shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Measures on Exit Standard Contract for Personal Information and the archival guidelines, file the record with the local provincial network information department.
