On October 16th, the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement of the Sino-Pakistani co-produced documentary series "From Xi'an to Gwadar Port" was held at the news center of Pakistan Television Corporation. Pakistan Television Corporation and Shaanxi Zhongshan Culture Media Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement for the second season of the series, titled "Great Achievements of Workers".

On October 14, 2024, the first season of the Sino-Pakistani co-produced documentary "From Xi'an to Gwadar Port", titled "A Thousand Years Along the Road", was broadcast on Pakistan Television Corporation, China Central Television, and many other domestic and international TV stations. The story of Sino-Pakistani friendship crossed mountains and seas, touching people's hearts and generating a warm response.

This new collaboration will see both sides fully promote the creation of the "From Xi'an to Gwadar Port" documentary series, with a focus on the second season, "Great Achievements of Workers". This season adopts a documentary humanistic perspective, highlighting the magnificent journey of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and the construction of Gwadar Port. By recording the daily lives and struggles of ordinary workers, it showcases the glorious achievements they have made with their sweat and wisdom. According to the director of the documentary, Bai Zhijun, as an important cultural project to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan in 2026, the "From Xi'an to Gwadar Port" documentary series has received high attention from the governments of both countries. The two sides will continue to use film and television as a bridge to deepen cultural exchanges and people-to-people connections, allowing the light of friendship that transcends time and space to illuminate the future path of cooperation between the two countries.
