5月23日上午，由西安市人民政府主办，东亚地方政府会议秘书处协办的第十三届东亚地方政府会议在西安正式举行。大唐领域(陕西)控股旗下陕西外国人服务平台相关负责人参加了此次会议。西安市委副书记、市长叶牛平主持本次会议，日本奈良县知事山下真，外交部亚洲司参赞张梅，陕西省委常委、西安市委书记方红卫出席并致辞。

　　On the morning of May 23rd, the 13th East Asia Local Government Conference (ELGC), hosted by the Xi'an Municipal People's Government and co-organized by the Secretariat of the Conference of Local Governments in East Asia (CLGEA), was officially held in Xi'an. Ye Niuping, Deputy Secretary of Xi'an Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Xi'an, presided over this meeting, while Makoto Yamashita, Governor of Nara Prefecture of Japan, Zhang Mei, Counselor of Asian Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Fang Hongwei, Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Xi'an Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

　　本次会议以“共同构建东亚命运共同体”为主题，围绕“以数据要素为核心推动数字经济高质量发展”、“创新农业，共链未来”等议题进行深入交流对话，并设有会员城市经贸推介会。汇聚了来自韩国、日本、越南等国家地方政府、企业和社会组织，共同探讨区域合作与发展。

East Asia Local Government Conference

　　东亚地方政府会议是日本奈良县于2010年发起的东亚各国地方政府之间的定期会议,会议目的是通过地方政府代表在会议上坦率真诚地相互报告本地区的实际情况,就共同课题进行讨论,加深相互之间的了解。希望通过持续召开这样的会议,在提高地方政府行政能力的同时,增进彼此友好和信赖关系,并能够进一步补充和完善国家之间的外交关系,从而为东亚地区更进一步的和平发展而作出贡献。

　　The East Asian Local Government Conference is a regular meeting of local governments of East Asian countries, which was initiated by Nara Prefecture, Japan, in 2010, with the aim of deepening mutual understanding through frank and sincere reporting on the actual situation of the region by representatives of local governments to each other at the conference and discussions on common issues. It is hoped that, through the continuation of such meetings, the administrative capacity of local governments will be improved, relations of friendship and trust between them will be enhanced, and diplomatic relations between countries will be further complemented and improved, thereby contributing to the further peaceful development of the East Asian region.

　　目前地方政府会员国别包括:中国、日本、韩国、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、越南等7国。地方政府会员76个,其中中国地方政府会员18个:江苏省、安徽省、山东省、河南省、贵州省、陕西省、甘肃省、成都市、西安市、洛阳市、扬州市、黄山市、宿州市、潍坊市、临沂市、东营市、都江堰市、敦煌市。

　　Currently, there are seven local government members: China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam. There are 76 local government members, of which 18 are Chinese local government members: Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Gansu, Chengdu, Xi'an, Luoyang, Yangzhou, Huangshan, Suzhou, Weifang, Linyi, Dongying, Dujiangyan and Dunhuang.
